The Rainbow Rolls officially opens this Friday, May 28, in Center Moriches.
Owners Evelyn and Rich Morales will open the doors to their unique ice cream shop at 333 Main St. at noon. The Rainbow Rolls will make its ice cream (together with unlimited toppings) right in front of the customer, and then scoop the cold creamy blend into warm waffle tacos.
